Iโm so glad I can say yes to both after visiting burratahouse there and believe me when I say itโs the best place to eat burrata๐ง
You have so many options to choose as a base to eat the burrata with; pastas, paninis, and grain salad bowls!
I went with the Smoked Salmon & Burrata grain salad bowl and it consisted the following:
Quinoa, arugula, cherry tomatoes, caper & dill sauce, and spring mix
The burrata wasnโt super cheesy and overpowering the other components of the dish that was refreshing & healthy in general. The peppery notes of the arugula is balanced out by the juiciness of cherry tomatoes. The smoked salmon just adds the edge the makes this bowl of my favorite salad bowls ever๐ฎโ๐จ
