In 2014, Serrano moved from New Orleans to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of opening a restaurant. After meeting Randy who had never tried a Po’ Boy, he made his favorite—fried oyster with bacon and cheddar—which was a hit. Inspired, she challenged him to create an entire menu dedicated to Po’ Boys, naming items after Los Angeles Lakers greats. Their journey led to the successful opening of their restaurant, and the best Po Boys outside of Louisiana!
